If you get distracted or lose your focus easily, then this post is for you!

Every day, dozens of defaults—from preinstalled apps, to expectations of instant response, to smartphone notifications, to 'long' phone calls—shape how we spend our time. When you are waiting for smth, you look at your phone, boring lesson, you look at your phone, have free time, again you look at your phone. The screen is winning and you are losing your precious time and health. I don't say that internet or social media are bad, but it's better when everything is used in moderation. Let’s get real: If you want to reclaim control of your time, it’s your responsibility. No digital wellbeing feature or anti-technology manifesto is going to undo these defaults.

Since you’re reading this post, you probably feel like you should get better about distraction and focus. You probably recognize the sensation that rises after a mindless Instagram session or a where-did-the-day-go evening reflection. Maybe it feels like regret. Maybe it feels like fire. But if you feel it, harness that energy. Don’t wait. Make the changes now.

1. Switch off your internet
The notifications you get make you touch your phone and check what's there. Then, you get into it and totally forget what you were busy with. That definitely shortens your attention span.

2. If you can't control it, ask others for help.
For example, you can ask your friends or siblings to hide your phone or change its passwords for a while that you can't get access to it. Realizing that you can't find or open your phone, you continue doing other important tasks.

3. Use time tracking apps.
I started using several time tracking apps and they are really helping me.
Download them from PlayMarket
1) StayFree
2) YourHour
3) Forest

You need to fill the digital void with new, more rewarding activities.
What are they?)

Read books. Find a hobby. Train. Learn to cook. Go on a trip. Meet friends. Do sports. While having dinner, look at your family, not at your phone.

Dream. Set goals. And work towards them without any distractions

There must be only you and your goal (no place for your phone)

Hope it was useful, good night

P. S. It is already mid-night and I am writing this post , cuz my 'ilhom parilarim' come only at this time.
