The US Senate held a procedural vote on aid to Ukraine

More than 60 senators supported the motion of Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to “end the debate,” allowing the adoption of a legislative package with the help of Ukraine through an abbreviated procedure.

Before that, Republican Senator Mike Lee introduced an amendment that could have delayed consideration of the bill, but it was rejected by a simple majority.
