“We have specific intelligence data indicating that Russia not only wants to disrupt the Peace Summit, but also has a specific plan for how to do so, including how to reduce the number of participating countries and how to act in order to thwart peace efforts for even longer,” the president stated

“To counter this, we must work together, in unity, to achieve a just peace. We are all equally interested in forcing Russia to make peace and adhere to international law. The world majority can ensure this. The Global Peace Summit in Switzerland provides us with a real opportunity to achieve just peace and restore full force to international law,” he added.
