Two Ukrainian Mi-8s crashed while escaping from a Su-35 fighter of the Russian Aerospace Forces. This was announced by the speaker of the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ilya Yevlash.

It happened in the Kramatorsk region on August 29. "Two Mi-8 helicopters were performing a combat mission. While they were flying on a mission, a Russian Su-35 fighter took off. In order to avoid a possible hit, they were landing and a helicopter crash occurred," Military official said.
