Musing of a Solitary Soul I dwell in a realm of my own, Aloo | Every Day Poems
Musing of a Solitary Soul
I dwell in a realm of my own,
Aloof from the clamor and the throng.
I don’t crave approval or validation,
To make me feel strong.
I favor literature and melody,
To revelry and banter.
I relish seclusion and tranquility,
To rumor and slander.
I have a zeal for wisdom,
And a fervor for exploration.
I pursue novel things and places,
And pen them in my chronicle.
I may be solitary, but I’m not forsaken,
I have myself and my confidant.
I may be secluded, but I’m not dull,
I have my inquisitiveness and my flair.
