"Do you still hate me? After all this time, have you not found a way to forgive me?"
"To hate is to care, dear. You haven't crossed my thoughts in forever, if you meant anything to me, if your existence even made a slight difference in my life, then maybe I would still hate you and rage day and night. Or maybe I would think about your actions and try to see from your perspective. But I haven't done any of those, because you simply don't matter to me anymore. We are neither allies or enemies, just strangers whose paths once crossed."
