I JUST DO NOT KNOW

I don't know how to love you when I'm thinking about you.
I don't know how to miss you if the only thing I can do is bother you.
I cannot just forget you because my heart it's not even full of culpability.
It's full of something a part of love, full of something called: sorrow.

It's been 20 years since I live here in a huge ball of lies.
I packed it all today to move forward thinking about you.
I can read back my poems and believe they are incredible,
But not like the very last one I wrote to you, when you said you were done.

I don't know how to say I adore you because I do but I don't show it off as it should be.
There's should be a way to do it but my way is crying long tears.
I don't know how to touch you and when I do it the fire surrounding you it calms down,
I know what love is and don't.
I know I love you I hope you know so.
