Only a fool would walk that road where stands the naked tree; | Every Day Poems
Only a fool would walk that road where stands the naked tree; apart from all its fellows, stranded upon a hill with a haunting glory. Only a fool would dare to look up that barren tree. Always remember to keep your head bowed in reverence for the blood that lies underneath its roots, for the blood that could drown hundreds with a depth of a sea.
