Mistakes in making a to-do list
Writing too long a to-do list: write down no more than three important tasks for the day. These are the activities that will do the most good, so they should be the first priority. It will also help to do the tasks in order of importance.
Ambiguity and uncertainty: for example, you wrote down the task "Work with the presentation." It's vague because it doesn't include specific activities that need to be done. You could articulate them better if you wrote:
