Don't take on more than three cases at a time
"The rule of three" has long existed in the U.S. Marine Corps. Over many years of trial and error, the military has found that most people are capable of doing only three things at a time of quality.
Use the "rule of three" not only throughout the day, but also in relation to the week, month, and year.
Outline the 3 most important outcomes for each time period, then make plans for the week and day based on the smaller actions that should lead to the intended outcome.
