We crave quick results. To get rich quick, to have quick wisdom, a healthy body and happiness... But our brain doesn't like quick changes, it demands balance and resists any fluctuations. Our task is to make the changes so small that the body doesn't notice them.

How do we do that?
Describe on a piece of paper your ideal version of yourself. Nutrition, daily routine, your environment, number of pages read per day, how much time you spend on exercise, social media, entertainment and how much on creativity, meditation and so on. Capture each area of your life.

Now take another sheet of paper and write down where you are now. What's your diet, what's your daily routine, what's your activity... And so on.

Now you have a starting point and you have an end point. All that remains is to draw a straight line and divide it into a large number of equal segments. And then put each point of the line into your calendar.
