The five-finger method

This is a technique of reflection designed to summarise the day's work and review the tasks performed. It helps you to quickly summarise your experiences, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and find and correct any mistakes you have made.

Five-finger method reflection consists of five steps aimed at different areas of human life:

Achievement of goals.
Emotion.
Interaction with other people.

The point of the method is to assess how the previous day or a completed task has affected each of these areas. To make it easier to remember the steps, the method uses a simple mnemonic technique: each step corresponds to a different finger on the hand.
