one activity for long periods of time. That's why, for example, while writing a report, you might find yourself reading news about Australian koalas after a while.
When planning things for the day, estimate how long a particular task will take and
try to fit it into a 20, 30, 60, or 90 minute slot. Set your alarm for the time you choose, don't get distracted, and do only that task. After that, take a break.
