"THE NUMBER 7"

Numbers 1, 4, 7, and 13 *and* their sums and products, one of which is Number
28.
For example (and these are by no means the All):
7 days make a week and is a Quarter of the Lunar Cycle i.e., 4 * 7 = 28 = One
Lunar Cycle (see also Lunar Progressions)
13 weeks = 7 * 13 = 91 days = One Season or Quarter of the Year.
4 * 91 = 364 = One Year (I know that we're a day-or more precisely a day and a
quarter-off, but that is another fine discussion.)
7 * 52 = 364 = One Year; 52 = 4*13
13 * 28 = 364
7 years = 364 Weeks (A Year of Weeks)
28 Years = 364 Months (Lunar Cycles of 28 days) = One Saturn Cycle


Now consider the number 7. 12phi = 12 x 0.618 ~ 7.
7 is the "balance point" in a schema measured from 1 to 12 and it is interesting that the symbol of Libra (the 7th sign of the zodiac) is scales, indicating balance.
