Free Telegram proxy does exactly what its name says and nothing more: it exists to hand out working proxy links whenever a government blocks Telegram somewhere in the world, and it goes quiet everywhere else. The full visible history is four posts since the channel's creation in 2018, and three of them are proxy announcements tied to a specific blocking event, once for Iraq, twice for Brazil, each listing the same six connection options, TLS obfuscation and random padding, on ports 8443, 443 and 8080.
There is no running commentary, no explanation of what a proxy is or how to use one beyond pasting the link, and no content between incidents. The channel reads less like a publication and more like an emergency contact list: it wakes up when a country's authorities cut off access, posts the same standard proxy set, and returns to silence. The most recent post is from 2023, so anyone joining today is subscribing to a standby point for the next blocking event rather than an active feed.
That is a fair fit for someone who specifically wants a backup way into Telegram if their country blocks it and does not mind long stretches of silence in between. It is a poor fit for anyone expecting regular updates, technical explanations, or a maintained list of currently working proxies, since nothing visible here has changed in more than two years.
