How to raise your self-esteem and never let it go again?

1. Don't compare yourself to others.
If only because it makes no sense: everyone's life is different. Comparing yourself to successful people or those who have achieved more is destructive. If you really want comparisons, compare yourself in the past and yourself in the present.

2. Stop berating yourself.
This plunges you into a state of apathy, does not give the right to self-expression. And, consequently, growth. Confidence is out of the question.

3. Talk to positive and successful people.
Communicate with those with whom you feel safe, with those who make you more confident, not discredit you.

4. Find something you enjoy and do it.
People can spend years doing things that make them feel empty and homesick simply because they don't know about the things they enjoy themselves. To find something, you have to get serious about it, set a goal, and take action.

5. Start taking action, not thinking about action
Carefully planning for the future is great! But it's even better to start working in earnest on the plan. Each small success, each mini-goal on the way to a big dream gives a person confidence in his abilities.
