Take the time to judge.
A beautiful little girl was holding two apples in her hands. Her mother walked into the room and gently, with a smile, asked her little princess, "Honey, would you mind giving your mommy one of the two apples?"
The little girl looked at her mother for a few seconds and then suddenly took a bite of one apple, followed quickly by another.
The woman felt a smile harden on her face and tried very hard not to show her disappointment. She was upset that her beloved daughter was not willing to share with her.
Suddenly the little girl held out one of the bitten apples and said: "Mama, take this one, it's sweeter!"
Moral: No matter how mature, experienced and knowledgeable you are, never rush to judge others. Give them a chance to explain themselves. What you see can be very misleading. Often seeing only the big picture will mislead us as to the true motives for the other person's actions.
