Helping Others

Helping others may not always be safe for your psychological well-being. We are talking about those situations where you don't want to do something, but you don't feel comfortable saying no. Some people tend to help at the expense of their own interests, doing it on a regular basis.

Being defiant, putting the interests of others before your own, is a prime example of how those who were unloved as children deserve that love. It seems to them that without acting solely in the interests of others, nothing will work. And it works in their lives. People often use them because of their kindness and openness.

The Inverse of Empathy

The following conditions occur in people who are overly susceptible to the seemingly good and good sense of empathy. Yet another proof that everything in our lives must be in moderation

Empaths often suffer from overwork and their stress levels and emotional state are more affected by the world around them.

Empaths often suffer from depression, manic-depressive fluctuations. They are acutely aware of the pressures and noise of the world around them.

Empaths are very often uncomfortable with social life, do not trust people, and are afraid of the world.
