Method #2 - draw yourself

1. Take colored pencils and three sheets of paper.

2. Draw your current situation and your goal, and analyze these drawings using the questions from the first version of the exercise.

3. Then put a blank sheet of paper between your finished papers and draw a picture symbolizing the transition from your current situation to your desired situation.

4. Focus on the feelings you get when you make the drawing. How easy was it to draw? Also analyze the finished image: what actions does it symbolize?
