Imagine yourself as
an outsider in this situation. Look at yourself from a different perspective, as if you are a character in a movie. In no case should you get involved, you have to make sure you’re not under any stress. Just observe the situation: who is involved in the conflict, how they behave, what they’re saying.
The main thing is to remain a silent spectator, an observer.
If necessary, mentally build a barrier in front of you that will not allow you to plunge into conflict again.
