People who have @FileStreamingBot or @PublicDownloadLinkBot in | PTG Projects

People who have @FileStreamingBot or @PublicDownloadLinkBot in their channels may not be getting download buttons on their media files. This is a known issue and I will fix it ASAP

Update (11 Feb 2021): I am not going to fix this for a while due to a recent news about Telegram. Will wait for updates
