Don't create boundaries!

In some situations, we create boundaries with our gestures, postures, and actions, without noticing it. And then any manipulation is much more difficult.

Let me explain clearly. Never put bags, books and other things between you and your interlocutor if you are sitting next to him.

At the table try to put as few objects as possible between you (if we are not talking about some visual charts, diagrams, etc.).

If you have some thing that you have nowhere to put it, if possible hold it with one hand, not two. Why?

When we hold something with two hands in front of us, it creates a sense of a closed posture, as if you are shielding yourself from the person you are talking to.
