Actually, Interim relief to seek stay on results declaration was DISALLOWED.
Notice has been issued on O.A.
Next date is in 1st week of July.
When pressed by counsel for applicants that post result declaration, they cant claim this right. Judge remarked that if they have legal claim, their right will always be protected immaterial of result declaration.
