Banana cake Ingredients:
For the crust:
Banana - 1 pc.
Egg - 1 pc
Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
Sweetener (to taste)
For the cream:
Soft cottage cheese - 200 gr
Coconut chips and nuts
Preparation:
Knead the banana with a fork, then add the egg, cocoa, sweetener and baking powder. Mix and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 700 w.
Then let cool slightly (the cake itself is a little wet, it should be). Cut the cake into 2-3 pieces and smear it with soft cottage cheese mixed with sweetener.
Layered: sponge and cottage cheese mixture.
Decorate the cake with coconut shavings and nuts, let it soak for a while.
