Shrimp in batter Ingredients:
Shrimps - 500 gr.
Flour - 100 gr
Salt - pinch
Preparation:
Make cross-shaped incisions on the bottom of the shrimp and pull it out slightly, make it straight.
For the batter: mix flour, salt, and water, stir with a whisk.
We dip the shrimp in the batter, and immediately into well heated oil (180 degrees). We wait a minute until the shrimp brown, and then take it out.
Put the shrimp on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve.
