Cheese quiche Ingredients:
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Apples - 4 pcs (sour)
Sugar - 250 gr
Flour - 400-450 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cheese cheese - 400 gr.
Butter - 180 gr
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the cottage cheese and butter, mix again until smooth.
Sift the flour and baking powder, mix. Add the finely chopped apples (the skin can be removed if desired). Thinly slice the rest, and arrange to decorate.
Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. If desired, decorate with powdered sugar.
