Ingredients:
Baked eggplants 300 g Olives 60g Cherry 100g Mozzarella for salads 120 g Greens (I have dill and spinach) Garlic dry Salt, pepper to taste 20g olive oil Lemon juice
Preparation:
Cut the eggplants lengthwise into two pieces. Salt and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.Remove the skin and cut into pieces.Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
