Cheese soup with mushrooms and broccoli

Ingredients:

Champignons - 5-7 pcs.
Cheeses - 2 pcs.
Broccoli - 200g
Potato - 1-2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Salt, olive oil for frying

Preparation:

Slice the champignons. Fry them for 5-10 minutes. We grate carrots and also fry. Broccoli is divided into florets into smaller pieces.
Shred the potatoes. Add all the ingredients to boiling water, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. And add to the soup.
