Risotto with mushrooms

Ingredients:

Dried arborio rice - 100g
Champignons - 300 gr
Onion - 1/2 pc
Chicken broth - 250 ml
Cream (10%) - 100 ml
Parmesan - 100 gr
Butter - 1 slice
Parsley (to taste)
Salt/spices/pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

In a dry pan, we fry the mushrooms, when the excess moisture evaporates, add olive oil and a piece of butter. Add the onion, fry half a minute and add the rice, fry all together for three minutes. Then we begin to add broth (vegetable broth will also do). We add about 80-100 ml, wait until the broth evaporates almost completely, and then add more. And so several times. Then add the cream, cheese and herbs, mix until the cheese has completely dissolved.
