Ingredients:

Shrimp
Salt/dry garlic.
Oil (for frying)
Cucumber
Avocado
For dressing:
Oil
Lemon juice
Salt

Preparation:

Salt shrimp, add a little dried garlic and fry until brown, 2 minutes on each side.Remove the skin from the cucumber (must), cut into cubes, as well as the avocado.Season cucumber and avocado with oil, lemon juice and salt. Place the shrimp on top.
