Lazy pilaf Ingredients:
500 grams of thigh fillet,
1 cup of rice ( or bulgur, buckwheat, millet, barley grits),
150-200 grams of carrots,
2 heads of onions,
1 teaspoon paprika,
1 teaspoon turmeric, salt, pepper to taste, a head of garlic.
Cut carrots into small bars, onion into half rings, meat into small pieces.
Fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the carrot, fry for 2-3 minutes, add the meat, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Add seasoning, salt and pepper.
Pour rice to meat and vegetables, pour boiling water (1-2 cm water should cover the rice) and stew for 15-20 minutes.
