Liver cake

Ingredients:

Any kind of liver - 1kg
Egg - 2 units
1.5% milk - 150 ml
Carrot - 250g
Onion - 150g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Wholemeal flour - 70g
Sour cream 10% - 200g
Salt, pepper, dried garlic
Tomatoes - 100g + dill for decoration

Preparation:

Grind the liver with the onion through a meat grinder or in a blender. Add crushed garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, milk and flour. Stir and bake liver pancakes on a heated frying pan on low heat. Before the first one, grease with oil.
Onion chop, grate carrots and fry in oil until tender. Then add sour cream or mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dry garlic and mix. Assemble the cake and decorate as desired.

Carrot cake

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
