According to the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov, during the attack a member of the territorial self-defense, who went on duty and received wounds incompatible with life, was killed. Operational services are now working at the scene of the tragedy.
The impact of the shell came on the road in the center of the city. The shock wave blew out the windows in the nearest buildings, where stores are located. In addition, damaged residential buildings - the roofs are gaping holes from shrapnel, cut and walls. Garage cooperatives and two cars were also reported damaged.
