Russia closes entry for Boris Johnson, British Foreign and Defense Ministers — Russian Foreign Ministry
Boris Johnson, Elizabeth Truss, Theresa May, as well as a number of other top officials of the kingdom's government were banned from entering Russia as a response to sanctions. In total, the list of the Russian Foreign Ministry included 13 British citizens.
"In connection with the unprecedented hostile actions of the British government, expressed, in particular, in the imposition of sanctions against senior officials of the Russian Federation, it was decided to include key members of the British government and a number of political figures in the Russian "stop list", Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
