If mask and vaccine mandates make a comeback, confirming the warnings of the "pandemic 2.0," a lot of people will assume it's strictly about the election. This will, in part, likely be true — but has anyone been paying attention to what has been happening in the global financial system? If the "pandemic 2.0" comes to fruition, it will be used mostly as one of the scapegoats for what is about to happen financially across the globe. Look at the bond markets, credit card debt, interest rates, withdrawals from 401ks, Chinese real-estate, Japanese bonds, Euro bond yields, etc.
