Do you realize what a good and gracious God we have that through our sin and short comings and wretchedness, he still loved us enough to give us The Law, a guardian if you will, an illumination of the heart to see the sin? And upon the shoulders of the Most High the government sits. What is this government? It’s the Biblical form which leads us back to the Old Testament where we see the Constitutional Republic divinely laid out as a tool for us to be in right Moral and Civil standing as we tend the garden of Liberty and work to steward it well. A government profitable for ALL people, Christian or not. Why? Because ultimately it bids us back to the cross and the Gospel where true Freedom resides: the Blood of the Lamb! What a gracious God to love us enough to establish a form of government that was life giving, even though we deserved ultimate judgment and death.

The key is this: it was the only form established. American forefathers and founders were the only ones to implement it in all of history. Do you see the gift we have in this original intent? It’s the reason and the thread by which we’ve survived this long. But the church is failing to keep it.

Everything God is and intended echoes Freedom and Life. If you’re still, you can hear that sound of Freedom.

Restoring Liberty is layered. God is moving. Be still and know that He is God.
