For months, false reports have been circulating that the German Corona Investigative Committee or Dr. Reiner Fuellmich would be in the leadership of hundreds of lawyers and physicians and would initiate a Nuremberg 2.0.

We have always distanced ourselves from these allegations and see in them on the one hand multiplied error, but in approach we suspect a targeted campaign to damage reputation.

The Committee and in particular Dr. Reiner Fuellmich are not involved in such a project.

Various lawsuits are pending in Germany, which originate from the Fuellmich law firm. Also, a network of international lawyers is actually provided legal advice in Corona matters, but there are no plans to recreate the Nuremberg trials. The Committee's vision is to establish an International Corona Court, but its realization is currently still purely conceptual.

On June 29th at least eight house searches took place in Germany almost simultaneously. The official reason being the accusations against the Weimar judge Christian Dettmar of bending the law. He had passed the sensational court ruling on child welfare. The police took possession of the original court file.

A Randomized Clinical Trial

"Many governments have made nose and mouth covering or face masks compulsory for schoolchildren. The evidence base for this is weak. The question whether nose and mouth covering increases carbon dioxide in inhaled air is crucial. A large-scale survey in Germany of adverse effects in parents and children using data of 25. 930 children has shown that 68% of the participating children had problems when wearing nose and mouth coverings.

The normal content of carbon dioxide in the open is about 0.04% by volume (ie, 400 ppm). A level of 0.2% by volume or 2000 ppm is the limit for closed rooms according to the German Federal Environmental Office, and everything beyond this level is unacceptable.

We measured means (SDs) between 13 120 (384) and 13 910 (374) ppm of carbon dioxide in inhaled air under surgical and filtering facepiece 2 (FFP2) masks, which is higher than what is already deemed unacceptable by the German Federal Environmental Office by a factor of 6."
