Delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Participate in SPIEF 2021
The Kingdom's intention was confirmed by
Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation at a meeting with Adviser to the Russian President
Anton Kobyakov.
During the Forum, the Roscongress Foundation plans to
sign a number of collaboration agreements with the Kingdom of Bahrain's companies, including the sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat and the Bahrain Economic Development Board.
Among the meeting's topics was the possible arrangement of Bahrain's own show-bench in October at the International Forum
"Russian Energy Week". Ambassador Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati also emphasised Bahrain's interest in setting up the Russian "Sputnik V" vaccine production on the Kingdom's territory. During the talks with RDIF, agreements were reached to start, as well as to jointly build a special medical center for this purpose.
