Floods Devastate India: Lake bursts its bank leaving city in Uttarakhand stranded – at least 16 DEAD
Torrential rainfall in Uttarakhand have killed at least 16 people over the past 2 days across the state, while several roads, train tracks, houses and bridges have been washed away.
The city of Nainital has been completely cut off from the rest of Uttarakhand with landslides blocking arterial roads after Naini Lake flooded the region.
