2021-09-02 20:01:14 #travel I-676 between I-95 and I-76 is entirely underwater, as well as portions of I-76 between I-676 and South Street. Seems as if the safest passage onto I-76 if headed Westbound is at Spring Garden Bridge. Kelly Drive is also submerged between Fairmount and where it meets the highways up north.
