This is to inform you that if you are dissatisfied with the assigned optional modules or course you applied and wish to change you will be required to leave request on Academic Registrar’s Office E-admin Portal at https://registrar.wiut.uz/. For this purpose you need to fill out Module Change or Course Change request form via the links specified below:

Deadline for Module Change request is from 29th of August till 12th of September 2021

COURSE CHANGE REQUEST – https://registrar.wiut.uz/SitePages/Course%20Change%20Request.aspx

Deadline for Course Change request is from 29th of August till 26th of September 2022

Keep in mind that the option to request a module change is given only once a year, therefore please thoroughly consider both semester optional/elective modules to be amended.

Also, please indicate optional/elective modules you would like to select if your course changes.

Starting from August 30th, the dormitories will welcome Level 3 students who have successfully fulfilled contractual obligations.

We invite parents to attend the meet-and-greet ceremony by WIUT Rector on the 31st of August at the following times: 10.00 in Yangi Zamon and 12.00 in Turkkurgan. During the event, the guests will have a chance to learn about the facilities of the dormitories, to be acquainted with the basic rules and conditions of living in dormitories and to get answers to the most important questions.

Hello, dear 70+ Family members))) Hope you're safe and doing well

Less than 1 month is left for the beginning of new academic year and we think it's high time to announce some news

1) For the sake of all our friends in all Courses, we have created 70+ Sub-channels to make it more comfortable for everyone (links are available at the end of the post). So you can join them and share it with your Coursemates (70+ Family will finally cover the whole uni and all level students now, cheers)

However, important info regarding all higher level students (and the whole university) will be announced in the Main 70+ Family channel as well

2) Main 70+ Family channel will continue helping our freshmen of 22-23' and created a new group for them as well (@cifs23_wiut). Please share and invite all your new CIFS friends

Please be informed that in case if you have missed the enrolment deadline and if you would like to study in 2022/2023 Academic Year (AY), you are required to fulfill the following steps within WIUT Late Enrolment process:

1. Find attached the Enrolment and Module registration form. Fill the forms and send back to faculty@wiut.uz as soon as possible. No need to seek for a signature of your Course Leader. You will be charged the late enrolment fee (which equals to 1.5% of the current normal tuition fee).

2. In case if you have missed the Enrolment deadline due to serious, unforeseen circumstances outside of the student's control, please submit the Extenuating Circumstances (EC) Claim until 21st August 2022, 23.59 PM.

Online submission form accessible from the Unified Student Services in Intranet http://intranet.wiut.uz/ExtenuatingCircumstances
Those who fail to submit the EC claim and do not enroll before the 22nd August 2022 shall be charged the late enrollment fee as per WIUT’s Policy on Late Enrolment.
