Job Role: HR and Admin ManagerSalary: $4,000 to $5,000 Monthly
Responsibilities:
HR • Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes and transactions according to standard operating procedures (full spectrum of HR administration support including Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Learning & Development Programs Administration and Office Administration duties).
• Ensures the smooth execution of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage benefits and payroll.
• Assist in office/warehouse facilities repair & maintenance, security and cleaning services
• Act as a point contact of HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU
• Support with the implementation of company-wide and business unit (BU) specific HR programs and processes.
• Supports in managing performance improvement plan (PIP) and performance management process
• Ensure compliance of Singapore employment related laws for work-pass holders, such as residency and tax requirements etc.
• Lead all HR strategies and policies, including compliance with pertinent laws and regulations, setting of staff compensation framework, talent development programme to support the Group’s business strategies.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Admin • Manage Admin team to provide general support to Office automation and supplies of Office needs.
• Cost control, budget and vendors including negotiations of rates and contracts upon renewal of Office amenities. Handle purchases for Office supplies.
• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
• Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Renewal of licences required by law
• Basic IT knowledge to coordinate with 3rd party IT vendor
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
