JUST DROPPED: A fully washed processed coffee from the Jojo Estate in the Kiambu region of Kenya.

Owned by John Njoroge Muuru, Jojo Estate spans 7.5 hectares and sits at a lofty 1,700 to 1,800 meters above sea level.

During harvest, ripe coffee cherries are hand picked and delivered to the estate's 2-disc pulper. After depulping, the coffee is fermented for 16 to 24 hours, and then washed in clean water to remove any remaining mucilage.

FILTER BEANS: SHADY BADER AT FINCA EL VERGEL

Aromatic orange jasmine floral, along with mandarin acidity, and a nutmeg spice-like finish; this coffee from Colombia is what we call exotic and is recommended for the venturesome.

Produced by Shady Bader at Finca El Vergel, mandarin juice was added during the 48 hours dry anaerobic fermentation process of the coffee. Thereafter, the coffee was pulped, washed, and placed on raised beds alongside dehydrated mandarin peel below 35 degrees celsius until they reach the optimal moisture content.
