Resume Booster BANK CALL CENTRE (CSO)
Duration: 8 May 2023 - 6 months (extendable) Salary: $2100 - $2900/month + completion bonus - subjected to qualification/exp Location: Alexandra Road Working hours: (8.5 working hours shift between 8am to 1.30am excluding 1hr meal break, no overnight schedule.
5.5 work days - Staggered shift - 1 way Taxi Claim for those that end at 12am to 1.30am
Job Description: Handling business internet banking calls, account enquiries Followup on request and callback accordingly.
Requirements Min Nitec and above Outspoken and comfortable with call centre environment
