Customer Service Executive (1 year direct contract - extendable/convertible)

Location: Bishan
Working location: 5 days a week, 10am – 7pm (1 WE + 1 WD off)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 monthly basic

Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional and personalized hotline, in-person and email, support in every interaction
• Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about the services
• Going beyond mere problem-solving to identify root causes and work with other members of the team to make continuous improvement
• Make customer care a competitive difference; consistently exceeding the expectations of customers

Requirements:
• Min Diploma preferred
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (preferably backend/call centre environment)
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
