Bank Executive Assistant

Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $4000

JD:
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas and secretarial support to senior executives
• Appointment scheduling, correspondence preparation, telephone and visitor screening
• Travel arrangements, meeting coordination, preparing presentation materials, and document maintenance

Requirements:
• Past EA experience in MNC preferred
• Reporting to Head of EA for the team
• Proficient in MS office application
