Bank Branch Officers x 50 (6 months to 1 Year contract)

Salary: $15/hr
Working location: Island-wide, can choose
Working hours: Branch operating hours + half day sat
Duration: 9 months to 1 year contract

JD:
• Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customers’ experience and journey
• Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting
• Assist in customers’ general enquiries and ensure RED service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with branch team.

Requirements:
- Customer service oriented
- Min Nitec and above
- Outgoing, possess good communication skills
- Able to commit min 6 months
