Admin Assistant (Permanent)
Work location: Raffles Place Working hours: Mon to Fri - 9.30am to 6.30pm / (open for flexibility) Salary: Up to $2000 - $2100 monthly + PB
Able to wfh after passing probabtion!
Job duties: • Administrating Financial Portfolios and Document • Simple E-Bookkeeping/Tracking of Business Transactions • Liaison/Zoom/Meeting with Clients • Managing my scheduling/administrative matters/Miscellaneous • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements: • Minimally nitec/ diploma • Proficient in English with fluent communication skills • Proficient in using Microsoft programmes such as excel, word, powerpoint and adobe acrobat • Uphold strong work ethics (keep all clients data P&C) • Self-initiated and able to work independently • Good organisation skills with keen eye for details • Fast learner with a positive learning attitude • Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks with accuracy within a stipulated timeframe
