New Delivery Confirmation Process

What's the new way to confirm deliveries?
To enhance your riding experience, we've implemented a new method for confirming deliveries. Now, you'll be asked to provide a confirmation code for certain orders, determined based on a variety of factors.

What should I do if I arrive at the customer’s location and can't reach the customer?
In instances where you are unable to establish contact with the customer upon arrival at their location, you have the option to either send them a message via the in-app Chat feature or give them a call.

What happens if the customer doesn't reply?
If you don't receive any reply from the customer, your app will allow you to send a ‘leaving soon’ alert to their phone. After waiting for 5 minutes following the alert, you are permitted to complete the delivery and leave the order in a safe place.

What steps should I take after leaving the order?
Upon leaving the order, please capture a photo of it using the rider app. It's essential to ensure that the photo does not contain any people’s faces or any other identifiable information.

What should I do if the order contains age-restricted items?
In case the order contains age-restricted items, it's important that you remove these items before leaving the order. These items should then be safely disposed of afterward.
