Do you own a Power-Assisted Bicycle (PAB)? 
Good news! You now have till 31 December to register for the Theory Test and enjoy a discounted fee of $5.35 (U.P. $10.70)! From 1 January 2022, PAB riders will have to pass the mandatory theory test if they wish to ride on cycling paths and roads. Learn more: www.pace.sp.edu.sg
