Under the VoRT/RRT regimes, testing via designated Quick Test Centres (QTCs) is compulsory for all Food Delivery Riders. All riders who wish to maintain an active account with Deliveroo must provide the information necessary for us to book appointments in the Swab Registration System on your behalf.

Please note that you are still required to provide us with your preferred day(s) and venue, even if you have registered with another company or platform already. Failure to complete the survey by 10 October 2021 could result in your account being suspended.
